Membership of the Zambia NGO WASH Forum is open to any Zambian organisation that subscribes to the Vision of the NGO WASH Forum and can contribute in identified ways to the achievement of its Mission.
Open to any NGO, CSO or not-forprofit organisation for whom water and sanitation is a major component of their activities.
Associate membership is open to any other organisation whose work contributes to the objectives of the Forum.
Regular meetings during which members share experiences and knowledge
Access to a large number of organizations with whom partnerships can be formed
Increased exposure and linkages with central government, local authorities, donors and other stakeholders
Capacity assessment and organisational development support
Access to free or low-cost technical support and training on a range of topics
Access to the knowledge resources of all the members
A mechanism for increasing your voice and influence e.g. in matters of sector policy and funding, and in proposing innovative ideas and solutions for wider adoption by key stakeholders
Access to a large number of NGOs and CBOs with experience and expertise in all water and sanitation issues e.g. borehole drilling, sanitation solutions, hygiene promotion, etc
Access to organizations operating in all parts of Zambia
A huge evidence base on the needs of different communities and what solutions are appropriate
